A little more updo inspiration. When I’m a little more settled (read, not living out of a suitcase and changing cities every 7 days) I swear I’m going to wear my hair up like this more often.

This kind of goes against my principles, since I’m in full support of Dita being as glam as she wants to be, regardless of any artifice. But us ladies do have a morbid fascination with seeing the celebrities we adore without makeup or with their natural hair colour, so I’m sure you’ll be interested to see these pics anyway. Of course, she still looks gorgeous…

Hmm, that sounded dirty. Anyway, that’s not what I mean. I’m talking about my ongoing state of indecision about having bangs (or a fringe, as we would say in Australia). Here are some celebrity bang photos I’ve added to my collection recently:

Jo Hedwig Teeuwisse is a historical consultant living in Amsterdam, and she’s what us swing dancers call a “lifestyler.” She lives and breathes the 1930s and 40s everyday, dressing in authentic clothing, living in an historically decorated home, the whole shebang!
